Possible needle prick?

I was in a very crowded street on Halloween and felt what I thought was a needle poke on my left hipHip joint replacement
Hip pain. There were so many people in costumes, it may have been nothing but I'm paranoidParanoid personality disorder
Paranoid schizophrenia
Schizophrenia - paranoid type now. Would there be a distinctive mark if I was poked? Should I get any tests to make sure I wasn't injected with something? (there's a tiny red mark in the general area but it could be anything so I'm not sure if that's where I was poked)

Thanks so much for any advice.
