STRESS, anxiety/panic

by iamfaithful, Nov 02, 2007 02:50PM
Why is it I am always around people who say "you know stress can kill you?"  Do I NEED to hear that?  Question: they say panic/anxiety won't hurt you, but stress is the whole thing behind panic/anxiety correct?  You see where I'm going right?  I just get so sick of folk thinking they are helping me when they are doing the total opposite.  How is stress different from anxiety?  I know that stress is very harmful to your body and I'm just trying to figure out a way to alleviate it; but that means I should be able to do away with anxiety.
