How long have you been trying? The average couple wil conceive without any extraordinary means with 12-18nmonths of beginning to ttc.
So until you hit the 12 month mark, I would say relax, enjoy lots of intimacy with your husband, put it out of your mind. I know when I was obsessed it never happened. Then when we were no longer ttc I got pregnant it happened right away.
I guess i just don't know how to NOT have it on my mind? I don't start to obsess about it until a few days before i start my period because i'm just too anxious & hopeful not to be thinking about it. How do you stop ttc? My husband & I have been trying for 18 months for our firstFirst progesterone mc10 First progesterone mc5 First-progesterone vgs 200 First-progesterone vgs 400. been on clomid for 3 months now, this is our second go-round with IUI. will find out this week if it worked or not. it's just such a beatdown month after month. my doc suggested a glass of red wine each night until 6 days after ovluation. guess we'll see if it worked. if so, i certainly pass it along. :) any other suggestions out there? am open to all!

If you are over the 12 month mark, it is time to start charting ovulation, etc. If it is over 2 years, you should consult with a fertility expert.
