hope that helps get you started! fruits and vegetables are an excellent thing to be thinking about when it comes to choosing healthy foods. make sure you choose options with rich, deep colors for the highest antioxidant and phytochemical benefit for your body. give the produce a good wash with a fruit and vegetable soap first to take off any pesticides that may be on the outside. it's a good idea to choose at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables each day. right now the butternut squash and apples are wonderful!
