positive screening tes

Hi my daughter is 17 weeks pregnant, she had a quad screen performed last week when she was exactly 16 weeks gestation. We got the results today and her screening test were positive for down syndrom 1 to 9 ratio.. We are scheduled next week for a level 2 ultrasound, please everyone say prayers this number is extremly high. thanks
