could i get pregnant after the iud has been removed

by hollywood104, Nov 07, 2007 10:05AM
i recently had my iud removed about 5 months ago. i had the iud in for about 3 years. i recently missed my period for the whole month of october. i have been having regular periods since the iud was taken out, so i know my period isn't missed due to irregularity, and i dont have any stress so it can't be missed because of that. i took several at home pregnancy test and even a blood test and it all came back negative. i have been having some pregnancy symthoms as well. i am wondering what could cause my period to be missed and test to come out negative. can someone please help me!

This could also be caused by a hormonal imbalance from the IUD.
