Need a bit more information.  Do you have a copy of your lab report?  ANA was1:?  Is you Dr. a GP?  you definitely need to get to a Gastroenterologist ASAP.  One that is familiar with Autoimmune Hepatitis.
When my first ANA tests came back they were 1:1280!  Wanted to send me to a Rheumatologist, circumstances prevented that at that time.  When I had my labs done this year, I do not have RhAr but AIH, tho' I do believe that RA can be part of AIH. (need to "google" on that one).  There are so many different diseases involved with AIH that that is why you need a good Dr. that is familliar with it.  You will also need (probably) several tests to zero in on just what the problem(s) is.
Pressure you Dr,  to see if you can hook up with another specialist sooner than 2mos.  (What kind is she sending you to?)
Stay in touch, k?

Good luck, the speckled pattern is produced by antibodies to Sm, RNP, Ro/SSA, La/SSB, Scl-70, centromere, proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), and other antigens.  Blood in urine would be concerning for kidneys affected by RA with focal glomerulonephritis and rheumatoid vasculitis.

I'm glad you are here, Dr. Choi. The members here certainly need you and your expert advice.

I don't mind a Dr. answering our questions if the answer could be understood the first time.  I'm glad that he is so involved in his community and on this board.  It would be good if his expertise included AutoImmune diseases.  We need more "family" Drs. that have that knowledge being it can hit anyone at any age and is not the easiest of problems to diagnose.

My comment came on not one of my better days, - obviously.
