A fist-sized lump appeared on my back

At first I felt an itch in the middle of my lower back and I discovered a lump there and not long after I discovered another one, the size of my fist under the right shoulder plate. They both appeared out of nowhere. Otherwise I feel physically fine. Except for these two lumps. Does anybody have any possible idea what this might be? I didn't ingest anything today that I haven't already countless times before. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

They're probably just cysts, but since they came up so fast, you need to have a doc take a look at them. They might need to be surgically removed and biopsied.
