Getting Frustrated
Anyone that help me with this I would appreciate it. I am 42 year old male that recently had a normal urology history. I have a hydrocele cyst above my right testicle that has caused me a little discomfort over the last 5 years but that is about it until recently. About 6 months ago I noticed my urinary habits changing. I would go to bathroom multiple times before bed time and never quite empty my bladder. Still wake up at least a couple of times a night.
In the the last three weeks things really started changing. It started with the tip of my penis started feeling wierd and then feeling like it had urine right at the tip. Felt like I had to go to bathroom but really did not. Then I started breaking out in sweats in middle of night. Then my right kidney started hurting along with pain in my right testicle and right thigh. After this I thought I had UTI infection. I went to doctor and he persrcibed AMOXCILLIN. I took that for a few days and still no result to get better. He then did a urinalysis and urine culture. No bacteria was found. However, I was prescribed a ZPACK just in case something was there. After two weeks, the night sweats had stopped. However, there is still pain on the right side tip of my penis, right testicle, right lower back, and right thigh. It is low grade to mild pain. The tip of my penis is very sensitive but i do not have any discharge or incontinence. What is really wierd is I sometimes have this wierd sensation on the right side of my tongue like I have an ulcer but there is nothing there. The pain and sensations tend to come and go. The most annoying pain is the pain and senstiveness on the right side tip of my penis. My right testicle aches too along with the right side of my back. I have never had any burning when I urinate. I have had a little burning after I urinate but not much. It feels like something is pinching my uretha after I urinate but no burning. I went to my Urologist finally and he said I might have kidney stone. He ordered a bunch of Xrays and I do not have the results yet.
Anyone with these same symptoms? Some of this might be stress related as I am under some stress due to work.

Once you get paranoid about something your body will create all sorts of symptoms that aren't really there. I have read that TC can cause breat tenderness and guess what? Next day I could swear my nipples felt sore!
The tongue pain may be an ulcer and would most likely point to the fact that you're run down fro freaking out about things. I know the feeling too, you're so highly charged all the time that you tire yourself out, which in turn beings on other worrying symptoms.
Could be kidney stones, but could also be your prostate giving you a bit of jib. I'm not surprised at amoxycillin failing, it;s a broad spectrum anti bio and not particularly useful for pinpoiting specific infections.
I'll bet it's nothing to worry about. Maybe even, it's stress, but certainly doesn't sound like anything serious.
