HIV Differential Analysis/Teak

I have been going through lot of stress for last 2 years, need some help to do differential analysis before i go for test as i am really scared if i get positive i will not be coming home just do suicide.
First my Exposure;
In 2005 May ,i had protected/unprotected sex for less then 2 mins with sex worker.She gave me blow job but condom covering my penis completely,i has precum /drops i can see in blow job i wanted to go to wash room but that lady jump on me and too my penis inside i made sure at that time my penis was fully covered with condom . She gave few to and fro moments for about less then a minute and ejaculated completely  she suddenly pull herself then i notice my condom was intact in her vagina i can see my condom hanging in her vagina ,i am not sure it was removed while she was up on me or it removed when she  pulled herself.I freaked out right away wash my penis with hot water /soap.Beside this exposure i never had any . I am married love my family and really feel bad in deceive them . I am really scared.
Initial Symtoms:-
Just had one uclear in my upper lips that could be because i was in Las Vegas after three weeks for conference and there were lot of heat , i checked my old picture i some time have uclear in my lips even before this exposure.

Questions:

1. I read in this forum some time , HIV only be contacted from fluid to blood or blood to blood interaction NOT with fluid to fluid. Correct ?

2..Can HIV be predicted with the help of other results like CDC count /values..

3.. Based on symptoms i do have Hypothyroidism which was diagnosed  in May 2006 due auto-immune thyroditis . Can HIV be reason for auto immune disease ?

4.. Muscles pain/muscles weakness/joint pain/constant headache/Musces cramp/weight gain can be  because of HIV ?.My TSH level came back to normal last month so my doctor decided to stop my anti-depressant (Cymbalta) . Can my symptoms related to cymbalta with drawal ?.

5. Please add any other differential /symptoms analysis if i miss to rule out HIV before test or confirm HIV before test so i prepare my next step right after test .

I am scared to death of passing it to my family.

Well the lady suddenly pull herself out w/o giving me a chance to hold it from base. That was a mistake i made in my life i am regretting this lot .

NO. You lost the condom on withdraw. Learn the correct way to withdraw without loosing the condom.

Well it can slip off as when she came up on me , i had half ejaculated which means my penis firmness was not enough. Although i remember correctly that all my fluid within the condom and i hold the base as well  but when she pulled herself i didn't see condom in my penis so either it was slip while she was up or during the time when she pulling herself .
In any case can i get infection having fluid to fluid contact.

Get real, a condom did not slip off in less than a minute. If your penis is that small, get a correct size condom that fits. Yes, condoms comes in many sizes.

I would say you have a damn near zero chance of being infected. Condom more than likely came off when you pulled out. That is why you should hold the base while exiting.)

3.. Based on symptoms i do have Hypothyroidism which was diagnosed  in May 2006 due auto-immune thyroditis . Can HIV be reason for auto immune disease ?   (We are not doctors and can't diagnose you over the internet.)

4.. Muscles pain/muscles weakness/joint pain/constant headache/Musces cramp/weight gain can be  because of HIV ?.My TSH level came back to normal last month so my doctor decided to stop my anti-depressant (Cymbalta) . Can my symptoms related to cymbalta with drawal ?.  (All of these questions need to be asked towards your doctor. He is the one who you have been given care by.)

5. Please add any other differential /symptoms analysis if i miss to rule out HIV before test or confirm HIV before test so i prepare my next step right after test .  (You can't confirm HIV infection without a test, so test immediately and post your results. Expect a negative.)

I hope what you are saying is really the case with me . But in any case do you mind to answer my question i know i am not qualify for analysis but please answer using your expertise.

Thanks for your reply Teak.. Can you answer my question regarding Differential analysis even though you are positive i don't HIV. May be those symptoms i have is because of shifting from Hypo to Hyper or Cymbalta With drawal symptoms.
I am trying to collect courage so i can go and test it and move on with normal life.

You had protected sex and you were never at risk for HIV. What you should do, is seek the help of a mental health professional and get to the bottom of your unwarranted worries.

Once again thanks a lot for giving great moral support and courage to go test it . Honestly i am still collecting courage to go for lab , you must be thinking what a chicken heart i have but i don't know this guilt and fear is killing me.
I hope that i am not HIV positive and God give courage to blindly go and perform test.

Trust i am not a bad guy just one time in my whole life i loose control on me even i am married and have good family life . I wish i can turn clock and removed that stain from my life .God please protect me and forgive me for this.

Speaking of thinking logically, let's do that an analyze your decision, upon a positive test, to kill yourself. If the idea is to not hurt your family, I do wonder how they are going to feel after you do something as rash as that. Personally, I feel your decision making process is a bit impaired at the moment. Ok, strong emotions have a tendency to short circuit our logic, as does depression.

The point is this: stop thinking of this in terms of whether you have HIV, or you do not have HIV (you don't, actually, have HIV - your "symptoms" sound like something you read off of an HIV Website). You simply must ask yourself where your head is at right now, rohit. You are speaking of suicide - that is always a sign that something has gone off the tracks emotionally. That is what you need to address right now. Whether the depression and/or anxiety is stems from a physical condition or not, you need to address this, and do it soon. To that end, I urge you to discuss your feelings (all of them) with either your doctor or your therapist or both, if need be. It is time to nip this problem in the bud.

Believe it or not, people will often use this type of situation as a means to mask or to escape dealing with deeper issues. As I said, I am no doctor, but that is what this sounds like.

As scared as you may be about taking an HIV test, you are scared of it for the wrong reasons. You are not going to test positive. My question back to you is this: what will you do when you test negative (as you surely will)? What is your plan after that? While the seemingly immediate source of your anxiety may then fade away, we are still left with a problem, which will need to be addressed: what really has you feeling like this, anyway? My bet is it isn't HIV, per se, it's something else. And the sooner you deal with that something else, the better it is going to be for you, your family, everyone.

If the first step in dealing with this is to go get a test, well, it may be time to suck it up and do it. Fear is natural in these circumstances, and it is only human. Having said that, allowing your fear to keep you in this seemingly endless cycle of regret, guilt and fear is not natural, and further, you don't deserve to feel like this. Thing is, only you can take the steps needed to help yourself feel better. And if now is not the time to do it, when will be? Why not now, or tomorrow? Don't you think you deserve better? I do.

It is easy to say but when you look for outcome which may be positive then you started to think differently . I was thinking to make sure i have done all my responsibilities and make sure i have enough money for my family then i will go for test as if it comes positive i am not planning to come back home just do suicide.
That is the reason i am trying to do differential analysis to look for  my chances.

Xhost, Thanks for your kind reply and being logical in your reply . I have been going through severe anxiety since that one stupid incident in my life which i regret most in my life.
In May 2006 i started to have fatigue/eye floaters/numbness and tingling in my hands and feet so that is the first time i saw doctor after many test my neurologist discover that i have Hypothyroidism due to auto immune dis order first thing my doctor asked. Are you suffering from depression/anxiety lately and i said yes so she said auto immune disorder be because of  anxiety .
Started from Nov 2006 i am on Cymbalta first took 20mg and then 30mg . Now that i completely stopped Cymbalta and i still woried about same incident so it seems like that  never ending cycle came back again.
I have muscles pain & tremor  /joint pain/eye floaters and also dry/itchy skin/ Burning feet specially in the night.

I pray for every one NOT to have any infectious specially HIV and like wise do for me .
I don't know what to do but just can't leave this thing out of head and don't have a courage to go for testing . I am coward !1 and scare to death by just thinking about family and their honesty with me .

Rohit, nothing you described in your post sounds like a risk for HIV, at all. You were protected from start to finish of your encounter. Let's look at this logically: first, oral sex is not much of a risk for HIV, so, you didn't get it doing that (and you wore a condom, anyway). Second, even though the condom slipped off, you saw it hanging from her vagina. This indicates that it did not slip off while you were inside of her, but afterwards, when you were pulling out. So, you were protected. Any fluids that may have come into contact with your exposed penis would be considered incidental contact, and did not give you HIV.

In short, you have been worried these past couple of years for, it sounds to me, nothing. I will not go into a differential analysis on this for two reasons: it is a pointless exercise and you had no appreciable risk. If you are concerned, all you will need to do is to head down to the nearest local health clinic, step in and request an HIV test. It will be negative based on the non-risk "risks" that you have profiled above. Really, you have nothing to fear from taking the test, and everything to gain - that negative result is going to do wonders, I hope, for your mindset.

One last thing. Something stood out to me in your post. You are suffering from clinical depression? When did you start really worrying about HIV? You mentioned that the encounter that has you anxious took place in 2005. Did you start experiencing anxiety over this after you were taken off of Cymbalta? Something you should know, depression makes one more prone to hyperchondria. Just a thought.

If you also see a therapist, you should discuss your feelings about this with him or her. Thoughts of suicide based on this are alarming, and indicate that you the first thing you need to do is address your depression. In fact, though I am certainly not a doctor or psychologist, I would be willing to bet, at least a little bit, that this is the cause of all this. Certainly, you have no reason to be worried about HIV, as it does not sound as if you had any realistic chance of acquiring the virus.

I notice thrush in my mouth in last few months or may be more never looked at my inside of mouth so closely before . It is not really bad but see some white patches in my tongue which go away if  i scrap. Search google found in Thyroditis patient may develop candida albican so it is kind of common but not sure.
