my eyes are messed up

by UnLeAsHeD, Nov 10, 2007 03:43PM
during the whole summer all i did was play video games. now, my eyes have felt so different. when i look towards the sun, it is unbearable, my eyes will basically tear up like crazy when i look a little bit towards the sun. also, it is so much harder to focus, my eyes always feel tired and all the other symptoms of computer visual syndrome which im pretty sure i have. how do you cure it? i really want my eyes back to normal, i will do anything even if it means not going on the computer for months.

Well let's start by making an appointment with an eye MD ophthalmologist-physician for a medical eye exam. Outside let's buy a hat with a bill, good sunglasses and stop looking towards the sun.

You can use your computer all you want but every 10 to 15 minutes look away from the screen and look at something far away and blink hard 3-4 times to rest and refocus your eyes.

In the meantime, buy some OTC non-preservative eye drops like Refresh or Genteal -- NOT VISINE or anything that says "get the red out". Sounds like dry eyes

But yeah, see an MD
