complex cyst on kidney

I found out that I had a complex cyst on my right kidney in 1997. Then I became incontinent, which in 2001 i had a bladder sling operation. Now I have MS and am incontinent again. They have recently found that the comples cyst on my kindney has many cysts growing all around it. I have to self catheterize, and up until about 2 weeks ago, after voiding I would catherterize and still get about 20oz of urine. Now they have found diverticulum in my bladder. Now when I catheterize all I get is white crystals instead of urine. My Dr. told me to keep catheterizing until they do a urodynamics on me, with needles this time. Should I be as concerned as I am? I take 25mgs. of ritalin daily to keep me awake, and I still need to take a nap during the day. Sometimes 3-4 hour naps. I am scared, should I be?
