Left Flank pain but no signs of kidney stones

I need to know what is causing the left flank pain?
Dr.s did Ultrasound that showed Medullary sponge Kidney and nephrocalcinosis but doing CT on Monday 03-05-2007 showed no signs of stones they have no Idea what is causing me to have left flank pain. I have had discomfort in my left flank area since I had right kidney stone removal in 2005. My Urologist won't call me or see me about this until I give money I don't have or medical insurance which I don't have either
