Mylanta has a generic name "SIMETHICONE"
It is safe to use during pregnancy.
It is a question that geneticist should answer, because we have to deal with dysmorphic child that may cause from many teratogenic agents, drugs. (Most common one . Can u guess?.Alcohol).
