stooling problem

my baby boy is 13wks old and does not stool regulary.he stools once a week with so much poop. i've tried eating fruits, vegetables.i found out that doning enema works for him but he cries a lot.But if i live him, he wont stool till the next 6 or 7 days.is there any remedy?
