Whats my problem?

Mri findings
Minimal disc dessication is developing in the anterior L1-2, L2-3 and L3-4 disc spaces which are slightly narrowed.  Minimal early degenerative disc changes at L1-2, L2-3 and L3-4 anteriorly in an otherwise negative lumbar spine mri. No evidence of canal or intervertebral foraminal stenosis.

I was told i had arthritis all down my back??
I was sent bc of numbness and weakness in left leg and tingling in two of my toes.
Pain in inner and outer thigh and all the way down my leg.
I had posted a question October 19 i think. If u would like to read it.

Hello and Thanks,

My Neurologist told me i had arthritis all down my back. He prescribed neurontin once daily.
I just had a lot of question bc i thought that was seizure med. lol  I am scared to take it.  My doctor wanted me to be checked for MS so that is why i went, but now i know nothing more than i did, just have more questions.

Hi and Welcome,
My mother has degenerative disc disease.  She had a discectomy about 10 years ago due to a herniated disc between  L3 - L4, I think.

She has pins and needles occasionally along with pain and she takes pain medication everyday to control it.

I am not a doctor but your MRI sounds to me like you have some minimal degenerative changes in those discs in your lumbar spine and the radiologist is saying it may or may not be the cause of your symptoms.  Your doctor though told you that you had arthritis?  Did he / she put you on any meds for the symptoms?

Wish I could answer your question, but I do not know about spinal issues. I just wanted you to know that someone will be along who can help. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response, because those of us who cannot answer try to give those who can time to get to it. There are very few folks on the forum with medical backgrounds, and they too are here because they have health issues so they're not always up to answering. Quix, our resident expert and a retired MD, has a houseful of company for the holidays, so she will not be around much.

Just wanted to welcome you aboard and let you know someone will be along to help you as soon as they can. If you see your post creeping toward the bottom of the page, just "bump it up" to the top.

Hang in there
