Hepititis B / C exposure question

I am paranoid i hope you can help me calm my fears. On several occasions I have gone to sex workers (4 different times over the past 1 1/2 years) for what i thought was safe - footsex, female masturbates me with her feet and i have on one occasion sucked i woman's toes and kissed the feet of another). Can i get Hepititis B or C from this type of activity? And on one of the occasions one of the workers gave me a towel (which appeared clean and dry) to clean myself up on my genital areas. Could i get Hepitits from towel, if by chance there may have been sexual fluids on it from someone else? Should i get tested and if so when?? My last encounter was 6 days ago (the incident where i cleaned myself with a so called clean towel). Pleas help ..very worried here!!!!!!

Those sorts of exposure do not place you at risk for hepatitis of any kind, or for any STDs. (By the way, hepatitis B is often sexually transmitted, but hepatitis C is not.)
I don't know whether you literally mean you have a diagnosis of paranoia. But clearly you are overreacting to zero risk situation. You should discuss it with your mental health provider; or seek out such a provider if you're not currently under care. As you seem to realize yourself, it is not normal to be so frightened in the face of all data, or to have such a disconnect between your intellect and your emotions. I suggest it out of compassion, not criticism.
No ongoing discussion, please. I won't have any further comments.
