It will be difficult to determine from our standpoint whether those activities will be bad for that person because we cannot assess his/her present condition at this time. The answer to your query might depend on what type of surgery was done on what particular brain structure, the status of recovery, as well as any concomitant conditions such as hypertension.
What that person can do is to go and ask his/her surgeon what particular activities that he should not do because of the craniotomy.
