i feel out of my body

I had a cold so i took a cough supplement. since then ive been getting these dizzy spells. And that turns into light headedness. Suddenly things become clear and I feel like I am having an epiphany or something. My finger tips tingle my brain feels numb, I know that sounds stupid. I feel like im on some drug but I havent taken anything. I took one pill for my mucouse. At one point during the episode im so out of it I feel like im not in my body.

Hello Bethany... I would suggest to you that you read up on what you took and what the side effects are. Look for natural immune boosters, they do not have side effects.
