dear doctor,i'm jeki. my english is no good enough, hope u understand, i just want to know:
could narcolepsy make impotent (disfungsional erection)? koz i read an article says the complication of narcolepsy one of them is impotent, is that true? how's the mekanisme of it? thank you

So to say impotence is not a documented side effect of narcolepsy. But the mental stress could lead to it. For this you need to consult your neurologist. Appropriate medication will help with the narcolepsy and in turn with the anxiety related impotence.
Narcolepsy affects intimate relationships as extreme sleepiness can cause low sex drive or impotence. This is further complicated by emotional difficulties as intense feelings of joy or anger can trigger some symtoms of narcolepsy. So people with narcolepsy tend to avoid emotional interactions.
