Can't Stop Eating & Thinking About Food

Has any one recovered from that condition?
Are there good books & DVDs that give practical advice on overcoming this problem?

How about trying Shrink yourself by Dr. Gould. I think he answers questions here.. but I had seen him on a morning talk show earlier in the year promoting the book and gotten it then. Kinda over-explained in some parts but from the parts I have been able to read there is a lot of useful info. Try the Library first or Amazon if you are low on dough.. Worth the read.
Good Luck.
