thyroglobulin circulating in blood

by feedup13, Nov 24, 2007 06:47PM
Over the past 12 years I have been diagnosed with lupus, CFS, borderline graves, chronic EBV, and SI/pelvic floor dysfunction.  What it boils down to is I hurt all over all the time, I sweat almost every night while I'm sleeping, I am always tired, I can't remember anything if I don't put up a note.  But recently, I had a blood test done on my thyroid and it showed thyroglobulin protein circulating in my blood.  Does anybody know what this could signify.  I have always had borderline anemia, low C3, C4 complements and low platelet count.  Could this be a sign of cancer!  I have lost 10 lbs in the past couple of months (I am usually at 112) but now I am 102.  I have tried to eat more but it does not seem to make me gain weight.  Please is there some out there that can give me some direction.  I have good insurance so I can see specialist.  I just want to go to the right one.  Should I go to a blood doctor?
