Quick history I have 2 kids largest 7lbs 5oz multiple reconstructive repairs with problems.
I had a burch procedure four years ago and for the last 4 years I have had pain in my left lower abdominal area. My doctors thought it was ovarian cysts. I was on ocp's which didn't help with the pain.  I noticed when I overexert myself the pain appears but it will come out of the blue as well. The pain will last 2-5 days. Motrin helps but I can't find where the pain comes from. I'm coming to the conclusion it could be from the burch procedure.  Along with the burch I had an a/p repair. The pain is making me think it take the burch down.  2 years ago I had a T.O.T done because I still had a prolaspe with incontinence.
Unfortunately I had the mesh removed from under the urethra becasue it was becoming occlued.  If I was to take down the burch with still having the T.O.T will it cause more prolasping? I had a diagnostic lap. last year in august because of the pain, that showed nothing. But now I have a uterine prolapse all of a sudden and I'm afraid taking the burch down will casue more damage?  I had the burch procedure abdominally. If the burch can be taken down will I be able to do it laproscopically?   The next problem is I'm 32 years old and I should not be having any prolaspes!

GEt an evaluation by a qualified physical therapist. This may be muscloskeletal pain, and it is curable with physical therapy.
