Possible ALS

Hi - I am very scared that I may have ALS. The past five days my right leg(dominant) has felt cramping, stiffness on the front outerside below my knee, not sure what muscle that is. It really seems to bother me when I'm on it. I just realized last night that I have a dent in my calf muscle, right below my knee. I do not have that on my left leg. I measured both legs and my right is still a little bit bigger. A little background of myself. I have had bodywide twichtes for two years now. Had an MRI done, EMG, nerve test which all came back normal. Had the EMG and nerve test done about a year and half ago. I started twitching after a upper repiratory infection and of course like everyone else looked twitcing up on the internet and found ALS and got frightened. I have see two neurologist both of which say I have BFS. I just can't help thinking expecially with this new sypmtom. I am 33 weeks pregnant and do not want to be worrying this way. I am at the point right now in my mind that I do have ALS. Can you get muscle atrophy without having weakness. I guess having the stiffness/cramping in the same area where the muscle seems to decreas has really gotten me scarecd. Please anyone with advise suggestions would be greatly appreacited. I am a 28 year old female with no family that has ALS. Thanks!!
