I am addicted to sweets and crisps and generally junk food. I become severly depressed when i eat food at all but when i eat more than say a packet of crispa a day i really start hating myself. i get really embarrassed when i eat in front of people and when i eat meals with my parents i make myself sickSick sinus syndrome afterwards and when i am with my friends i refuse to eat which makes them inquire as to why they never see me eat. I have just gone 4 days without eatingAnorexia nervosa Binge eating Bulimia Eating disorders - resources Necrotizing soft tissue infection Sweating Sweating - absent anything, i know i can stop doing this as long as i kick my addictionDrug abuse and dependence for junk food. Does anyone know how i can do this? I am 14 year old girl and i live in britain. Please help, it's ruining my life.

girl you really need to get help - whether its with a nutritonist, or doctor or something -its very dangerous carrying on the way you are! everybody needs sugar...but thats an eating disorder you have! just try cut down on the junk gradually, day by day.
