Your mother has several problems with her heart, which while sound rather daunting can be controlled by a combination of meds and diet/exercise.  She can live very well without one kidney and this by itself doesn't effect life span, nor does the loss of a uterus and ovaries.  Her abdominal pains and her back pains will effect her quality of life and indirectly effect her life expectancy. There is really no way of knowing how long she will live, but with a good diet and exercise program, coupled with pain control she may many more years of life.  The main thing is to keep her both physically and mentally active.  Friends play a great part in this.  If she has none, see about some adult classes and/or an adult day care center for social needs.  Love her while you can, perhaps you can get her to remember things and events and write them down so you will know these things when she is no longer with you.  Mothers are an enormous source of love and memories for you to treasure as long as you can.
