Palpitations

I have pain behind neck. I have hypertension. I use Otrivin drops to avoid nasal congestion and Sulbutomol for Bronchitis I have been getting some pain in both hands. More recently I get up in the night with high BP and palpitations. Currently I am taking medication: Losar H & Alecfenoc in the morning and Atmas & Alecfenoc at bedtime.
