I have had unprotected sex, and now Im paying for it. I was recently diagnosed with HIV. my numbers were pretty high the first test out, but my t cells are sort of okay. I just had a lot of oral sex with a guy I really like. Mostly nipple sucking (who cares) but I also went down on him with my mouth orally and analy.....is he at risk from me?  If I were to sallow him, would he catch this from me?

Hi everyone,

first I apologise for intruding on this forum but sincerely I need an opinion from someone that actually has this disease. As I am very concerned I would really appreciate some feedback.

I had unprotected oral sex with a prostitute 4 weeks ago. Yes I know, there is no risk in getting it by this way, however I have some serious symptoms and I don't feel as they were created by my mind as I only got concerned after all these things appeared and I start putting them together.

Please let me know if this is something close to what you have experienced on your acute hiv period. Again, I sincerely I appreciate your time.

The symptoms are as follow:

-very bad headache one week after, I had to go to the emergency room, throw up 2 times that day from the headache pain.

-2 weeks after very strong pain, with rash and burning in my genital area - penis, testicles and just burning between testicles and anus (nu big lesions) I had something like 2 small sores (red) on the tip of my penis - end of the urethra

-around the same time I got a very sore throat and I still have it, I don't feel sick with flue or anything like this. I don't even couth, but the back of my throat is very red, burning, sometimes I can feel it in my lungs also

- last week I saw some red spots on the roof of my mouth, I still have them now. They are not white but dark red, like a bruise

- also about 5-6 days ago I got a cold sore under my tongue, sore is non painful, was yellowish and kind of hard to touch

-my tongue is burning and I feel tingling on the roof of my mouth but no spots on my tongue besides the cold sore

I am congested in the way that I feel the need to blow my nose frequently and I keep on blowing this clear/ white snot (crystal clear) and I spit the same thing from my throat sometimes.

I do have some diarea for the past 4 days  but I am not sure if this is just related to stress. However I seem to have a harder time peeing, in the sense that it kind of trickles out.

Again I sincerely appreciate your help by replying to this. When I look at my penis it does look somehow sick in the sense that it has some strange patches on the foreskin, it is very read on the head and also my testicles are red and somehow wrinkled from dryness. I am not quite sure how to explain this.

I am expecting my results by the end of the week but would sincerely again appreciate your feedback on letting me know if this is close to what you have experienced.
