Ureaplasma?

Hi, I had unprotected sex a couple of months back and had no symptoms. I have just started seeing a girl and so decided I should have an STD test I came back negative for everything except Gardnerella and Ureaplasma. I read up on Ureaplasma, if I am positive does it mean I have NSU?
I also hear it's hard to cure. What's the story here? If I have ureaplasma can my girlfriend get it from giving me oral sex?
