Blue Dot on Penis Glans

I recently noticed a small blue dot on the head of my penis. It is flat and small in diameter, about the size of a marker tip. I am not circumcised and I am worried that it might be a cancerous cell that is an early stage of penile cancer. Please give me any info you can until I can get it looked at by a doctor or dermatologist.
