Atypical cells

by Ron64, Nov 30, 2007 02:27PM
I am a 64 year old male caucasion. I had a TUR of a non-invasive, nuclear grade 2, Papillary Urothelial Carcinoma. On my 3 month check the Cystoscopy showed no new abnormalties, but the pre Cystoscopy Urine Cytology showed some Atypical Cells. Is this a prelude to the cancer coming back? Could there be something wrong somewhere else in the urinary tract or Kidneys?
