Ringing in ears

I have had ringing continuously now for a year or more,
Ive tried every thing that i have been told to try and nothing helps.What causes this problem?

No one knows. There are a lot of theories. But we do know that around 90% of all those with tinnitis have a hearing loss.

So go get tested and see what you find.
