Retina detachment & sport activity

after 5 month from Retina Detachment on my left eye which complex I can do at health club with out dangeres to my eye? I am 52 Years Old, female. I need sport activity for my neck, back , hips, betten, legs, shoelders, arms and s.o.

Check with your retina surgeon, but generally swimming, running, weight lifting, exercise bikes, etc are all okay after RD surgery.
