Blood clot

My question is regarding not the heart but bllod vessel and couldn't find a forum to cover it. I hope you can help.
A large blood clot just suddenly appeared under my tongue and it hurts when I press it. I am almost is a panick state as this has never happened to me in the past and I'm recntly recovering from aneurysm surgery 3.5 mths ago. Help if you can, please!
