Twiching

My husbands right eye has been twiching and now he feels a muscle twiching on the right side of his head...I am nervous because he is diabetic and I don't know if this has something to do with that... he read that most eye twiches are from stress 7 bad lighting (both of which he deals with on a daily basis at work) so I can't get him to go to the Dr.  Thank you in advance!

Hi,
I am afraid I do not know the answer to that one. A twitch can certainly be quite normal(and most likely is), but if more muscle are becoming involved I suggest speaking with his primary MD to have an exaqmination soon, just to be sure.
Talke care.
