Heart Murmur

My son is 7 years old. PA has heard heart murmur for the past year at regular visits. When my son plays sports or just plays with other kids he becomes extremely red in the face to the point that he has white splotches interspersed between the bright red patches. A few times he has complained in the past about chest pain but it went away once he rested. He was born weighing in at 6 lbs. 5 oz. and I had gestational diabetes with him. I'm asthmatic and so is his older sister, but he shows no signs so far there. He has also been diagnosed with ADD and is currently on Adderol and has been for the past 2 years. To top it all he has muscle spasms almost immediately after falling asleep (often within 5 minutes after dosing off), you know, the kind where you jump when you dream your falling only he doesn't wake up. I am concerned there may be a heart problem. if you have any thoughts please advise.
