cheekbone

by pauline66, Dec 04, 2007 01:26PM
Hi - firstly sorry if this is the wrong forum it was the only one I could find that seemed to relate fractures.  I had a fall around 10 days ago which left my left side of my face very swollen and sore with a black eye and bruising.  The swelling has gone down and the bruising has all but disappeared save one dark blue oval surrounded by yellow faded brusing.  However I have two distinct "lumps" on my cheekbone (just beneath my eye) which are tender to touch.  Do you think that these are signs of a fracture, or its the remaining swelling that has not yet gone down.  They tingle when i move my head and yawning, laughing and wide smiles are painful.

Many thanks for your assistance
