A pinched nerve is possible, although nothing is certain. The symptom could also just be secondary to temporary nerve irritation which would not have any permanent or lingering sequelae.
Injuries are commonly sustained during weightlifting exercises due to improper technique. You should make sure that your technique would not place undue pressure or cause any nerve/muscle injuries. I would advise you, even if the symptom only occurred temporarily, to refrain from exerting that shoulder, at least for the time being.
Hope this helps.
