Dr. Boxer Wachler is a leading expert on keratoconus treatment. He was the first in the United States to report the results of Intacs for keratoconus in 1999. Since then, he has performed many hundreds of procedures on patients from all over the world. He published the largest study to date on Intacs treatment for keratoconus. Due to his pioneering work, Intacs is now recognized as a treatment for keratoconus.

He is located in Bevery Hills Calif  My neice had her surgery done by him with great results.  It is a rare thing only about 1 in 2000.
