Am i pregnent

I am 20 not yet married had sex with my boy friend last month November 8th with out a condom , but i didn't let the sperm let finally . My problem is that i lost my period of last month . I heard that by eating papaya can loose pregnancy so i ate many after 2days of that day , but i dint find my period so how can i loose my pregnancy if i am pregnant and get back my period soon so that i can confirm that i am not pregnant . Help me how to get my problem solved . Any eatables which can loose pregnancy and get my periods back??
I am feeling shy to meet a doctor since i am 20 and have such problem without marriage . Any eatables to avoid pregnancy and regain my periods like fruits r any other .I don't want to be get pregnant now so i am taking u r website help
