The chances are good that your anxiety is not "bringing on" your herpes outbreaks. It's coincidental. Just because they occur at about the same time, or consecutively, doesn't mean one is related to the other.
But do something about the anxiety. Try relaxation techniques; better yet, get out and get some exercise. You'll whip your body into shape at the same time that you will alleviate anxiety. Studies have shown that exercise helps with mild anxiety symptoms. Worse comes to worse, get medication for it.
