Hi, I'm a 28 yr old women with two boys. My husband wants to have two more kids, but I just don't want to be pregnant two more times. We've been thinking about trying to have twins. I know we would have to do fertility in order to have twins but is it possible that they would be girls????

I don't know a lot about this because I have always conceived naturally but I do know there is a way for you to choose the sex of the baby if you want to. My doctor told me that once because all my husband can produce is girls!!! I have a boy from a previous marriage and my husband and I have 4 girls.

I don't believe that their is anyway for them to decide which sex you have when they do an implant but I could be wrong.

Fertility doctors do a "dye test" on the sperm and they will separate the X sperm from Y sperm, so it is possible, but probably very expensive.
