TheAffectsOfCelebs

I went to my gyn doctor and I had him test me for everything. When I first got there he told me I tested positive for GC Chlamydia. He told me that he would give me a prescription that would make the infection go away. Next he told me that I tested positive for high risk HPV. I know that there is no cure for HPV but is there a possibility that my immune system could fight off the high risk form? He also informed me that i tested positive for HSV 2 but what what does 4.65 mean? I read up on HSV and HPV but I never had any of the symptoms that are associated with those infections. Is it possible that one or all of the three infections that I have may have been trying to go into remission but my immune system was having a had time tackling 3 infection at a time. I'm also thinking about going to another gyn doctor to get a second opinion because this is alot for me to handle. I'm finding it hard to live right now. I want to eat properly but I can't eat I can't sleep and I cry almost all the time. I need your advise plase help me. Please!

I do not know about chlymidia but i do know that my body was able to fight off high-risk hpv in about a year's time.  I do not have any other std's however, and i am 25 (19 at infection time).

It is possible for u to have HSV and HPV at same time.I know little about HSV just what I read and the testing results baffle me.Grace is good at interpreting test results as well as Drs.Hook and Handsfield. It is possible  for the HPV virus to go away on ur cervix but u must follow up with ur doc and if getting a second opinion eases ur mind then do it.I have high risk HPV.Dx'd at 52 and had history of cervical issues non std related.I had colposcopy/biopsy and a LEEP procedure but we are all different. So relax breathe deep follow up on treatment for this.Keep us informed..there is so much support here!
