To: THIS IS VERY SERIOUS!!!!!
Downbeat nystagmus and double vision and your other symptoms ARE AN EYE EMERGENCY, THE CAUSES CAN BE DIRE!.
Get in to see an Eye MD as an emergency on Saturday if possible, if you have an neuro-ophthalmologist near you call their office/answering service and get in to see them Saturday or Monday at the latest.

There are potentially fatal neurological disease that can cause those problems. DO NOT DISREGARD THIS ADVISE. IT CAN SAVE YOUR LIFE.
