lungs are tired

i get shortnes of breath sometimes like my lungs get tired i get burning in right leg and anoying tickling feeling in that leg that some times goes up my back and to back of head.
and sometimes get funny sensations going down right arm makes me want to move fingers around.
i dont get any pain and have only noticed a little weeknes in thigh thats affected at gym doing leg extentions seems to give out quite easily but i did have a knee reconstuction on that knee a few years ago so already have some muscle loss.
but i just seem to feel uneasy when breathing at rest some times coild this als?
