Red mark under eye

by chattymic, Dec 08, 2007 03:10AM
About 1yr ago my daughter had a scratch under her eye.  One year on the scratch has healed but she is now left with a red dot (like a pimple) and it has a red mark which looks like broken veins.  Could you please advise if I should take any action or will it likely disappear in time.  Kind regards :)

If its been there for a year its not likely to go away by itself. You might take her in to see an ophthalmologist or a pediatric ophthalmologist. If its a significant cosmetic blemish they can often be cauterized.
