I feel very sorry that your daughter has to go through all this.
What your daughter is suffering from is intractable seizures, for which treatment of choice is surgery; hence it has to be re-planned as early as possible.
Secondly, regarding medication, it is a protocol, to add on anti-epileptics if the one which is started is not working.
What I would like to do is see the level of anti-epileptics (ones which have been started) in blood. For this you need to send blood for investigations, just before next dose of anti-epileptics.
If the levels are found to be low of any medicine, then the dose could be increased and the one whose levels are high then dose could be decreased for them.
