It is the skin in the inner corner area (where the two eyelids meet) and outside of the outer corner of my left eye. The eye always waters out of that corner also. The dermatologist that I went to said the same as the eye doc which is to use antibiotic salve.

you're talking about the SKIN on the outside of your eye?
dont know. but chronic skin irritation could be excema or psoriasis or plenty of other things. go see a dermatologist.
