Please Help What is Break Trough Bleeding

Hey guys i thought i was going to ovulate but instead on last thursday i starting spotting and still bleeding a lil bet today. I just had a period on thanks giving so i am really confused what this is. what causes break trough bleeding and could i be expected to ovulate after this is finished?

So, you're about CD 18 today? It could be ovulation. Some women spot when they ovulate. Or you could have ovulated earlier...and in that case, it could be implantation bleeding :-) Let's say you ovulated on CD11, then you would be 7dpo today. Not sure if you've been doing OPKs or anything.
