I don't know what happens to me when i am studying but ican't able to memorise well and most of the time forget at the time of test???? i want some kind of exercise for my brain so my memory can be better??? it sucks my confidence in every field... i know and i understand everything but i can't able to memorise it well??? Pls help me.....

It sounds to me like an anxiety issue in which you get so concerned about it that your anxiety increases and that brings it about.  Go talk about this with your school counselor and see what kind of confidence building programs they have for you.
